The Precinct – Mount Pleasant is now complete and residents are loving their life in the new Canning Bridge Precinct.
Residents have embraced the sense of community in the building, which was kicked off by Norup + Wilson providing funds for its early events, as well as organising free personal trainers for the first six weeks of building occupation.
From there, the social club has done a great job to continually provide regular events and activities for the residents.
The expansive facilities deck on Level Three has already been used to host sundowners, a Halloween party, a New Year’s event, and many friends and family gatherings.
The area comprises lounge areas, a games room, a theatre room, a creche, a steam room, a large indoor gym, an outdoor gym and a running track, as well as a barbecue pavilion.
Above the facilities area is the resident floors. The journey starts when the lift doors open to feature walls and a private artwork collection, while the development’s high-tech design is immediately evident with the fingerprint and code entry door locks.
“This is no ordinary apartment building,” Norup + Wilson Director Dave Wilson said.
“The most common responses our sales agents get are, ‘wow’, ‘I was not expecting to see this inside this building‘, and ‘I thought The Precinct was just comparable to other ordinary apartment buildings’.”
The top four floors contain the exclusive sky homes, as well as the Sky Lounge on the top of the building – an extension to the sky homes and for the exclusive use of sky home residents only.
The lounge has a large outdoor terrace, a barbecue, a pool table, numerous lounge seating and a private dining area.
Your own private wine storage and fridge provides the perfect entertaining scene – your friends turn up, you buzz them in and up to the lounge from your mobile device, grab some glassware and wine and start entertaining.
There are also facilities there for preparing food, or you can order home delivery and have the food sent up in the dumbwaiter without you having to leave the floor. For larger gatherings – up to 40 people – the private dining room and terrace can be booked by sky home owners.
“We still have a selection of one, two, three-bedroom residences and sky homes available,” Mr Wilson said.
“The prices have not yet been increased from the pre-Christmas 2020 prices, so they represent great value.
“With the property experts predicting up to 15 per cent capital growth in Western Australia for the next year, there is no better time to buy.”
One of the most technologically advanced apartment buildings in the world. Fingerprint locks, app to control services, and up to 1Gbps internet speed.
