Located along the coast at Jindalee, the tones and textures found in The Grand Tallulah by Smart Homes for Living were inspired by nature.
With an abundance of neutral, earthy tones and raw materials, the display expresses a welcoming and carefree aura.
Smart Homes for Living General Manager Anthony Oldershaw said the display was based on one of the builder’s best-selling home designs – The Empire from The Space Smarts Range.
“The new display at Eden Beach estate in Jindalee has got the same spacious heart as its inspiration, with a little extra wow-factor thrown in,” he said.
“Because if you’re going to build a display, you build one that displays everything you can do as a builder.”
Mr Oldershaw said the design team also wanted to pursue a floor plan with a raked ceiling that could be built on almost any 15m by 30m block.
“Not many people know this, but normally they’re block dependent,” he said.
“But, as the raked ceiling in The Grand Tallulah runs parallel to the home, it doesn’t require a wide block, so it’ll work in way more scenarios – a massive selling point.”
The raked windows in the main living area welcome a steady stream of natural light from the alfresco, which also boasts raked ceilings.
Given the expansive design, Mr Oldershaw said The Grand Tallulah would appeal to more than one type of buyer.
“The Grand Tallulah is one of our largest display homes, featuring just under 300sqm of well-designed home,” he said.
“The size of this design will delight families and young couples who are looking for space to start a family that’ll grow with them.”
The design provides perfect zoning opportunities, as you can easily shut off sections of the home to provide comfort and privacy for all.
“The various living zones in this design are great for those who like to compartmentalise their lives,” Mr Oldershaw said.
“Want the kids to have their area so they’re out of your hair? Easy, done. Want to have a parents’ retreat? We’ve got you. Want to entertain your friends without them seeing all your clutter? That’s what this home was designed for.”
From fixtures to benchtops, the home is filled with premium brands and materials, creating a sleek and modern statement throughout.
“The stunning island benchtop with a waterfall end is made from premium Silestone by Cosentino,” Mr Oldershaw said.
“Silestone is made up of more than 90 per cent quartz, which provides the product with incredible durability and resistance, so stains, scratches and liquids won’t be an issue.
“The home also features matte black Alder tapware from their Soho range, which comes with a whopping seven-year warranty on the parts, products and finishes.
“All of our homes are also built with Smartwalls by GTEK – a patented precision-manufactured plasterboard lining that guarantees a perfectly smooth finish every time and comes with a lifetime crack-free guarantee.”
Natural elements make an appearance once again with the oak-look kitchen cabinets, while the walk-in scullery, featuring a dishwasher and sink, provides the ultimate preparation space.
Entertainment opportunities exist in the theatre room with a bar recess, while the games room is sure to provide hours of fun for children and adults alike.
When the time comes to pamper yourself at the end of the day, retreat to the master suite fitted with a freestanding bath and twin showers.
The Grand Tallulah is open for viewing Wednesdays from 2-5pm and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 12-5pm.
