Set to be built in the affluent western suburb of Nedlands, 1-5 Jenkins Avenue has two remaining properties for sale.

Edison McGrath Residential Sales Consultant Danielle Diffen said construction of the homes was soon to be started – set for practical completion mid next year – and would allow for flexibility of different personal styles.

“The stylish choice of quality interior finishes was designed by an award-winning Housing Industry Association designer and are exemplary, offering that luxury feel you’ll get to enjoy for many years to come,” she said.

“There currently is flexibility, with different options for flooring, fixtures and finishes to add your own personal touch if you have a particular style.

Ms Diffen said the modern and luxurious homes were being built by a reputable homebuilder.

“What really sets these homes apart is they are being built by Riverstone, a reputable quality builder who has been building exceptional family homes across Perth for over 20 years,” she said.

“The homes include their signature natural stone, warm timber floors, quality European appliances and tasteful finishes throughout, along with a generous, sunny, north-facing alfresco.”

The exterior of the home will boast a modern and clean white frontage with earthy feature stone cladding sitting on a 200m block.

Ms Diffen highlighted the spacious designs of both homes, which will also include undercroft garages.

“With an undercroft garage and large store, these three-level homes will have a generous kitchen, dining and living space on the ground floor and then three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second living area upstairs,” she said.

The standalone bathrooms are standout features in the home, with plenty of room for modern and stylish practicality, boasting a luxurious freestanding bathtub to soak your stresses away, double sinks, a hobless shower and divine feature tiling.

Ms Diffen said the homes had been designed for downsizers both inside and out.

“These luxury green title homes were originally designed with downsizers in mind, as they have provision for a lift and easy-care gardens, but with just enough garden to still get your hands in the soil if you choose.”

Ms Diffen said three of the five homes had been sold to a range of buyers, including families.

“They are appealing, as they are a full home on an easy-care block of land, however, two homes have sold to families with young children and the other has been sold to a professional couple.”

The two properties are located in a safe and ambient area with plenty of amenities, according to Ms Diffen.

“Nedlands provides a safe and secure community with an easygoing lifestyle surrounded with quality local amenities,” she said.

“The location is a short walk to the Peace Memorial Rose Gardens and all that the Nedlands’ lifestyle has to offer.

“Having the Swan River partly as a natural border adds to the relaxed lifestyle. Recreation facilities are in abundance, with tennis courts, sports clubs, parks, ovals, a yacht club and a golf club all available.”

Ms Diffen said the quiet street was safe for kids and the elderly to live on.

“Jenkins Avenue is a Safe Active street, where speeds have been reduced to 30km per hour to encourage the community of all ages and abilities to walk and cycle along this shared street space.”
