Juventus have progressed to their sixth Italian Cup final in seven years, drawing 0-0 with Inter Milan in the second leg of their semi-final to seal a 2-1 aggregate victory.

The Bianconeri had won the first leg last week at the San Siro, with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring both goals for his side.

The 36-year-old Portuguese was kept relatively quiet in Turin in the second leg, although the Juventus forward did go close to scoring at the end of the first half before he was denied after the break by Nerazzurri goalkeeper Samir Handanovic.

Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez had chances to get Inter back in the tie in the first half but could not make the breakthrough.

Inter threw everything at Juve late on but veteran keeper Gianluigi Buffon and his defence stood firm.

Atalanta host holders Napoli on Wednesday in the other last-four showdown after having drawn 0-0 in the first leg.

The final is on May 19.
