Mere days after revealing that he got a facelift and sharing an Instagram photo of his head wrapped in bandages, the fashion icon is sharing the results of his nip and tuck.

“Three days after. Ready for lewks,” Jacobs, 58, captioned a post-surgery selfie showing off his new and improved face on Saturday.

He also added a slew of cheeky hashtags, including “some swelling”, “#andawholelotofsnatchedtightness” and “buhbyejowls.”

Remaining transparent, the designer also posted a snap while healing in a hyperbaric chamber on Friday. “Getting my oxygen on,” he wrote, clutching a water bottle and oxygen mask in the enclosure.

Jacobs’ famous friends shared their support in the comments.

“Marc!!!!! You look fabulous!!!,” Lisa Rinna exclaimed, while Debi Mazar deemed him “sharp as a razor.”

Erika Jayne called the results “fabulous,” and supermodel Kristen McMenamy gushed, “Damn you look HOT AS HELL!!!!!!”

Fans who had previously shown concern for Jacobs’ bandaged face were relieved to see his healthy road to recovery. “Looking fabulous! Thanks for documenting this journey,” one commented. “The doctor killed it!,” another added.

Dr. Andrew Jonoco, the plastic surgeon responsible for Jacobs’ deep plane facelift, seemed pleased with his work as well.

“Just 3 days after ….and you look STUNNING !!! I could cut diamonds with that jawline!!!,” he wrote on Instagram, re-sharing his patient’s snap.

“Thank you for trusting me with your face it means the world to me!!! Your transparency and authenticity is rare and refreshing. It will give others the courage in their journey of self care, to take control of their appearance.”
