Parcel Property’s NOMA Residences at Mosman Park is now under construction on sought-after Glyde Street, and will see the creation of 54 boutique apartments and three commercial tenancies.

With 50 per cent of apartments already sold off the plan, ABN Group Managing Director Dale Alcock said purchasers stood to benefit from a vertically integrated development model which would see another ABN company – PACT – responsible for construction.

“This is a fantastic milestone that demonstrates growing demand for apartment living in sought-after and established neighbourhoods like Mosman Park,” he said.

“This partnership between Parcel and PACT will bring the NOMA vision to life.

“It will also bring significant certainty and value for current and future purchasers, who can rest assured we will deliver on time and to an outstanding level of quality.

“NOMA will establish a new benchmark in quality and craftsmanship for Mosman Park and be a vital activity node for Glyde Street – it will be an enduring part of the community for years to come.”

Popular with a range of demographics, Parcel Property General Manager Built Form Ross Catalano said the development’s one and three-bedroom apartments had been particularly sought out – reflecting a strong interest from first homebuyers, young professionals and local downsizers in the Plus Architecture-designed building.

He said the strong sales drivers for NOMA were Glyde Street’s wide range of local amenities as well as the development’s innovative apartment mix and design.

“The NOMA vision combines modern living and timeless elegance at every touchpoint,” Mr Catalano said.

“From the entry experience through to individual residences, connection to nature at every level and shared facilities, we want to ensure every purchaser feels completely at home at NOMA.”

PACT Construction General Manager Jason Thomson said the company was looking forward to working with Parcel Property and Plus Architecture again.

“We think Plus Architecture have done a fantastic job responding to a traditional streetscape with a modern and classy design,” he said.

“We’re looking forward to bringing the vision of this project to life and further expanding our portfolio in delivering unique projects in the Perth market.”

There are one, two and three-bedroom apartments priced between $485,000 and $1.375 million, and the high interest in the development means now is a good time to secure a residence.

Construction is expected to be completed mid-2022.
